1 way for guests who are traveling with heavy suitcases, by taxi:

You can drive up to the address LEYTENANTA SHMIDT 17a
Then walk along the health path for 150 meters until you see the sign Sea View Apartments on the townhouse to your left. There will be a staircase on the left, go up 1 flight to the door with the sign “Panorama Sea View”

The 2nd way is shorter, but includes an element of going down a long staircase between the houses:

Or you can come to the address STANYUKOVICHA 48/1, this is the last town house in the row, to the left of it there is a ramp down and to the right into the courtyard (drive through high brick arches). You enter/drive into the arch. Next you need the fifth town house. STANYUKOVICHA 48/5.

On the house you need there are 2 signs “Sea View Apartments” and “Panorama Sea View”. Go down the stairs to the 2nd floor. First you will see the sign “Sea View”, YOU ARE ON THE FLOOR BELOW. On the needed floor there is a sign “Panorama sea view apartments”

On the entrance door to the apartments there is an electronic lock.
To activate the lock, you need to swipe it, enter 2 random numbers that will be shown on the screen, then the entire dial will light up, enter 5050 and press * - open the door.

Your apartment also has an electronic lock.

YOUR PANORAMA STUDIO ROOM (the door is immediately opposite the entrance)
The same principle with the lock. Swipe - activate, enter 2 numbers, then enter the password, we will inform you on the day of arrival *.

We kindly ask you not to leave your car in the arch, it interferes with the passage!
The fine for illegal parking is 5,000 rubles.
If you need parking, write to us about it, we will reserve a parking box for you.

Since Panorama Sea View is an apartment, during your stay, we do not clean the apartments every day (for stays longer than a day).
Please let us know in advance if you need cleaning!

If you have any questions, requests, cleaning needs, etc., please write or call at any time.

There is a laundry room on the floor that you can use for free. You can use the washing machine, dryer, and take clean towels.
