There are 2 ways to get to us :)

1 way for guests who are traveling with heavy suitcases, by taxi:

You need to drive to the address LEYTENANTA SHMIDT 17a
Then walk along the health path for 150 meters until you see the sign Sea View Apartments on the townhouse to your left. There will be a staircase on the left, go up 2 flights to the door with the sign “Sea View Apartments”

The 2nd way is shorter, but includes an element of going down a long staircase between the houses:

You need to come to the address STANYUKOVICHA 48/1, this is the last town house in the row, to the left of it there is an exit down and to the right into the courtyard (drive through high brick arches). You enter/drive into the arch. Next you need the fifth town house. STANYUKOVICHA 48/5.

On the house you need there will be 2 signs: "Sea View Apartments" and "Panorama Sea View". Go down the stairs to the 3rd floor. On the right floor there is a sign "Sea view apartments"

On the entrance door to the apartments there is an electronic lock.
To activate the lock, you need to swipe it, enter 2 random numbers that will be shown on the screen, then the entire dial will light up, enter 5500 and press * - open the door.

Your apartment also has an electronic lock.
The first door from the entrance is Superior
The same principle with the lock. Swipe - activate, enter 2 numbers, then enter the password, we will tell you upon arrival *.

We kindly ask you not to leave your car in the arch, it interferes with the passage!
The fine for illegal parking is 5,000 rubles.
If you need parking, write to us about it, we will reserve a parking box for you.
