*There are 2 ways to get to us:*
You need to drive to the address Lieutenant Schmidt, 17a (leave your car in the parking lot, it is free).
Then walk along the health path 150 meters to the house of Stanyukovich, 48/6. On the left, you need to go up the stairs to the 3rd floor and through the common door you get to the apartment.
You need to arrive at the address Stanyukovich, 48/1 (the last townhouse in the row), turn right and drive into the brick arch with garage boxes. You need the sixth townhouse (Stanyukovich, 48/6). Next, you need to go down the stairs to the 3rd floor from the sea side and you get to the apartment through the common door.

We kindly ask you not to leave your car in the arch, it interferes with the passage!
The fine for illegal parking is 5,000 rubles.
If you need parking, write to us about it, we will reserve a parking box for you.

An electronic lock is installed on the common entrance door to the apartment. To activate the lock, you need to swipe your finger on it and enter two arbitrary numbers that the lock gives. Then the entire dial will light up, on which you need to enter the code 2024 and an asterisk at the end *

Your FAMILY room also has an electronic lock. To activate the lock, you need to swipe your finger on it and enter the number "8". Then the entire dial will light up, on which you need to enter a 6-digit code sent to you by the manager on the day of arrival. Press "#" and open the door.
To close the door from the inside, you need to press the button on the lock twice.

During your stay, we do not clean every day (for stays longer than 24 hours). Please notify us one day in advance if you need cleaning.
